Hi Rosemary, this is fine for the outage on the 8th. I read that in the Cape Times. The outage I am querying is the one on the 15.03, where the power was out for a number of hours in the Campbell street area, with no explanation.

Yesterday it was the whole way to CT. It's really not just Obs!
