Hi All, Just to say Helen has managed two short walks (each on a separate day) along the corridor of her ward at the Vincent Pallotti assisted by a Physiotherapist. I gather the first one wasn't much fun. She speaks of a little less pain on the second walk.
I've a strong hunch that what she's most focuss'd on at the moment is her six-pack of cigarettes in her clothes bag !! Nicotene patch notwithstanding !!! I'll see her again tomorrow. Folk from the OCA (.....or whoever) should feel free to pay her a visit now....
