Dear Carys I haven't read through the whole message string, and I am technologically challenged, but I can report that when we recently installed a motor-operated sliding gate, we discovered that our remote also operated our neigbour's sliding gate. This caused some consternation, but being clever people, they solved this by re- programming their gate. I am ignorant, but I thought that there were devices called 'grabbers' out there that could lock into your own signal or frequency? P.S.
