I've always been totally paranoid and never let my kids out on the roads with nanny or not. There is definetely a sick element in our society. We just have to be aware. Observatory especially Barrington Park (Hartleyvale Side- next to Station Road Bridge) is very vulnerable- its just to easy to get away quickly.
