Thanks also for downloading and completing the *affidavits* from our site<http://groups.google.co.za/group/NoiseActionGroup>Note however the *correct procedure:- * 1) Complete the Affidavit in duplicate 2) Have them signed & stamped by a Commissioner of Oath such as any SAPS Officer, Post Office or Bank Managers, Attorneys such as Louise de Villiers, 4 Nuttall Road, Paddy Chapple 083 5300265 3a) Drop them at the Obsid offices, 41 Station Road, Observatory (Important as they must be copied and recorded to be effective) 3b) Alternatively hand them to any of the Vetus Schola vehicles who will ensure it gets to the Obsid. 4) Obsid will forward the Affidavits to SAPS Woodstock Station and City's Environmental Health on your behalf Marietha there are plenty of residents who are woken up by the people leaving pubs and clubs usually from 03:00 to 05:00 and are not controlled by the liquor licence holders as required from them. Affidavits should however pinpoint the offending establishment or specific persons or so it seems (unless we find a way around this - any thoughts?)
