Hi Andrew >From the information given on the links you list (from the internet), it's difficult to say whether the "escaped prisoner" and last night's flasher are one and the same. I would have put him in early to mid 30s.......(?) What worries me is that if he IS the person the SAPS are looking for, he is said to be "dangerous". In one of the articles he is described as *thin*/*lanky* but the person in the back of the van last night was very well built.
Last night's chap was very passive in the face of the SAPS instruction to get into the patrol vehicle. Also, he was very passive when spoken to by ONW Patrol Co-ordinator Oscar 19. To me, his passivity was somewhat eerie...............somehow too passive for comfort. This, of course, is my intuition kicking in......
