If he is under psychiatric care then one has to check out his psychiatrist's report instead of tormenting a nutcase even further. And if he is not then perhaps some kind person has to take him to the hospital for treatment. (Can't say whether he is 'nutty' but it certainly seems so from all the mail I have read concerning his antics).
