Hi Micha and Trev I witnessed the large Metro Police operation (Regional Inspector Liquor Enforcement & Compliance Unit) on Friday night that had about 25 personnel employed in Lower Main Road and surrounds and their presence lasted close till 24:00
Some establishments were fined and Cozy Bar was closed down and the security gate to the front door was padlocked. The operation was witnessed in and around TrenchTown in Station Road and as they have applied for liquor and business licences and these could thus not be shown a fine was issued all was very civilised and the inspectorate appeared to me both professional and polite. Of course if fines were issued for the wrong reasons that's another matter.
