Thanks to everyone involved in apprehending thieves / thugs. In response to your comment: "One has to hope that the message might get through that Obs is not a good place to break the law, but on current evidence we have some way to go." I feel the need to say that criminal activity seems to be increasing again in Obs. Also, I am noticing ( during the day) a greater 'presence' of a rougher element back in the red zone.
By now, criminal opportunists who have come over from Salt River and elsewhere are surely aware that Obs is seriously working on beating crime.......and I've a hunch that this could be some sort of backlash for our vigilance(?). These folk might also be biding their time.........waiting, perhaps, for Vetus Schola to settle in and relax a bit...... ?
