I think if someone sees a blood soaked man cycling down a road, you have every reason to speculate what's going on? The point was that one should report such an unusual sight. Sure, he could have been a victim, but also a murderer, that's why we were discussing the incident here. I am 100% sure Bev asked the color of the man for identification, and no other reason. If there is bad news in a newspaper of facts, even alledged, isn't that because bad things are happening?
