Working toward the taming of the shrew [.....those who sell liquor after closing-time, who knowingly permit drug-dealing in their clubs, and whose patrons become loud and aggressive in our streets] makes for a concerted effort on the part of a select few, genuinely concerned people in our suburb. One who deserves mention here is Knarf Boatmaker for his capacity to go the distance and to stand resolute in the face of the gale-force wind of disregard by sundry club/pub owners. His research and administrative input is noteworthy. He is one of a few folk who do most of the work for the majority of residents in Obs who want it all but give little or nothing in return.
