Surely the concern should be why the alarm is going off - not how long or how
annoying it is? I mean aren't we all meant to be part of a neighbourhood watch?
Complaining about people's alarms going off instead of trying to find out why
doesn't seem very neighbourly - but that could just be me!

Get Rose Eedes number - can't be too hard to get - and call her at 4
in the morning to tell her alarm is going off

If it only went off twice for 8 minute each time consider yourself
lucky - I have heard alarms that go off continuously for much longer
than that where I live.
