I had a call to-day, approx 2.15pm from a very reliable source in Arnold St saying that an blatant drug deal had just taken place in the dog park - at the western end. May I legally put up a sign saying that entrance requirements are: * at least one dog * key holder ?????? It appears that the park is still being left unlocked on a continual basis and I am at my wits end. Please, anyone finding the park unlocked, spare a few seconds to lock it. Thank you.
