Nope. My R297 pays for armed response and a radio link too. The problem is consumers are too accepting - and in my case often too busy or too apathetic to find out facts and take action. But I do know we'd all be saving quite a bit - not only with ADT - if we took the trouble to check. The more loyal you are as a customer, the more you pay. As someone said, it's the same in the insurance world. None of us should accept an annual increase - ever - without first checking what a new subscription / policy would cost.
And, yes, ADT need to respond.
