Great news indeed.

Cyclops camera(s) were working and the monitoring staff acted proactive.
This shows what can be achieved and Cyclops should be complimented - at long
last success since 2007 - three years of frustration.

Mark Berry is also complimented for going the extra mile - thank you.

A concern is the number of complainants not wanting to lay charges against
habitual criminals which will continue their crimes against the community
unless stopped.
