I had a well dressed coloured guy approach me in my car at while I was outside the Spar in Station Road. He needed just R5 to buy some petrol. Likley story - His car was also parked around the corner. R5 wudl not even buy enough petrol to start the car which obviously was not there. He even said I could buy petrol and take it to his car - thats just to try and gain confidence - a clever trick.
