HOW LONG BEFORE IT IS ME LAYING THERE ?
This is a question I ask myself repeatedly James (...but you know that)..... I didn't want to utter it in/on this forum. I'm afraid of tempting fate.... Hearing *you* do so, underscores the seriousness of our plight in Observatory. Because you have always shown the greatest patience in the face of the 'inability' (...for whatever reasons ? ) of the powers-that-be to act decisively and EFFECTIVELY when faced with the criminal / abysmal anti- social behaviour in Observatory. A realistic and chilling question. I'm glad you asked it. Inevitably, it applies to all of you who do the early morning "beats" on behalf of the rest of us.....
