The Observatory Neighborhood Watch is busy arranging a 2010 end of year braai for the Woodstock SAPS Sector One Police members who seas to our relative safety and policing matters in Observatory year in and year out. It will be held on Wednesday 29 December at 3 pm at the Observatory Community Centre. We will include the Woodstock SAPS officer commanding, various staff members and others who the ONW actively engage with behind the scenes at the Woodstock Police Community Service Centre. We will extend invitations to the Ward 57 Councilor, the Woodstock Community Police Forum and the Observatory CPSF Chairman. The ONW therefore request your financial support in making this show of appreciation a fine success.
You are also welcome to interact with the SAPS, the ONW committee and the invited guests but to kindly provide your own meat and refreshments as we would only cater for the compliment of twenty four Police members and the three guests only. If you would like to contribute to the braai for the SAPS you are welcome to hand in cash to Helen or Ancois at the OBSID Office at 41 Station Road, Rosemary at the Observatory Library or, to be paid directly into the ONW’s Bank account.
