I think my comment is very much related to what Gill reports. I don't think there is much focus at all from ONW members i.r.o. the red zone any longer. If I am wrong on this score, I would be glad to know who of the ONW members patrols the red zone currently. For a long time I felt I was the only one out there at night, which I'm not prepared to do any longer. And uh...... I have spoken to you, personally, on this score previously...........at the same time as which I mentioned another ONW member who had expressed the same concern as I had (....re scarcity of ONW patrollers in the red zone).
As I also pointed out in my earlier comment, I was not referring to ONW members who focus on the LMR Strip. I am well aware that you are one of these people. My disillusionment arises from (a) the Donne St issue; and (b) the lack of ONW patroller presence in the red zone.
