yes but Jonathan's point is that 'that anger and frustration' be articulated in 
a clear and objective way. The letter looses all credibility by engaging in 
oblique suppositions and perhaps even harms our case.

I understand he's angry, but its dismissed by anyone in authority as the 
mud-slinging villager rousing the mob.

As Jonathan said, stick the evidence. This doesn't help anyone, no matter how 
much they support the sentiment.
