I am in a front room when I notice a medium height, slim, well- dressed, light-skinned and very nice-looking coloured guy checking out my scooter. Stud in right ear (....couldn't see his left ear) and a svelte white hat on his head. Well dressed tho I can't be more specific than this.
Now he's at my gate, checking the lock..... Then back to the scooter where he checks to see whether the box on the back is locked. At which point I let out a couple of [deleted] choice offerings. Had the scooter not been locked / had I not been aware of this chap's presence from the outset / had I not been home..............I'm sure I would be minus a scooter now. PLEASE VETUS SCHOLA KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR THESE GUYS. THEY'RE OUT THERE AND THEY'RE BUSY AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT.....
