Hi Sascha Can you confirm the date/s and time/s of these incidences. Also, indicate where the car is usually or sporadically parked. A photograph at long range would be beneficial re the surroundings, a closer up re his identity would also serve well. The name/s of the persons who spotted these incidents would be important. Are the people who spotted these willing to make statement? Capt Jephta confirmed that its a case of public indecency and can a case be opened at Woodstock or Kenilworth etc. Public indecency cases are sometimes hard to prove in court, depending on the surroundings etc, but with sufficient supporting information can lead to a trial and a successful conviction. She suggested to phone Mark 082 302 5436 or her 082 302 7114 when these cases are noted, or myself to assist in the matter I have forwarded this to Capt Jephta who will take up the matter with Cons Berry, our SAPS Area manager, in the morning.
