Alas, our sex pest is back. My staff have once again had the misfortune of seeing the man in the white BMW actively and openly masturbating inside his car.
This time they called Vetus Schola who did not react appropriately. Instead of reacting to the alert about the BMW they came to our office and knocked on the door. By this time the man parked right outside had sped off. Can we open a case/complaint about this with SAPS? The description again: an overweight coloured man (probably in his late forties) in a white BMW - reg no BPP 523 EC. He dresses in government official type apparel (beige clothing). I suspect he is in fact an employee of the government/police - which is a little alarming! Please be vigilant and report this man.
