I note as I walk around OBS that the "snow" has started to return. Also noted that the graffiti on the walls of houses is returning (noted on the corner of Campbell and Scott newly sprayed over the last week). On driving past the village green - more of the homeless seems to be using this area to congregate.
I hope that I am wrong in my assumption with what I have said above, but time will tell.
