Yes, there certainly are more strollers sleeping on the grass oppositive the Kwikspar (....they lie right up against the wall and are not easily seen from the street......)
I have also seen a young coloured guy (perhaps around 17 years old) in Norwich (near the back of Quensh Deli) who has been car-guarding of late. There is very definitely an increasing Passing Parade of distinctly rough-looking folk in the vicinity of Robins / Bishop / Wesley / Arnold Roads. I see more trolley pushers around. And increasing numbers of kids with attitude (from around 12 to 18 years old) who might (again) be coming over from Salt River ?
