It seems that The Lounge will be opening shortly at 79 Lower Main road, they are advertising a dance floor which means loud music and late hours. Does anybody know if they have applied for a liquor license or have a license already and what their trading hours are. It seems strange that a bylaw is to be passed in the near future which restricts liquor license oulets from trading after 23h00 in a mixed residential and business environment and now a new club is opening in Lower Main Road???? Also could somebody forward me the person's contact details who approves the liquor licenses for Observatory. I believe the approval for license rest on the approval from the Obz Civic Organisation and the SAPS...if this is correct? Regards
