I woke this morning to find my car (a Freelander 2) stacked on bricks and all of my wheels stolen. It was parked on a non-secure driveway at 20 Nuttall Rd. Having spoken to a few Land Rover dealerships this morning in search for replacement wheels, they all said that they have never heard of an incidence like this before. And although the wheels are very expensive to replace, they would be near impossible to sell because they only fit this make of car. So I assume the theft was done by a dimwitted amateur and that they must have had a vehicle to carry the wheels away. As a precaution I will be fitting my car with lockable wheel nuts and suggest to others that they evaluate how much their own wheels are currently at risk. No doubt the dimwit will be back.
