I know i should know this, but i don't.... While cycling to work this morning in garfield road, claremont, I was almost knocked of my bike by a whtie BMW with a blue writing license plate (north west?), speeding in between the streets . There where three young black guys in it, looking very 'alert'. Quite out of the normal sneak through trafic that drives toward town half asleep. Also not to sound racist, but there are only colored and white people living in the area. If I was in obs i would have called James to put it on the radio. Anybody knows what to do when you're not in obs?
