Hi Meindert, Not sure about your question, are you worried about you being in a close accident or that they were suspicious suspects for a crime to happen?

It gives you all the tools to alert people. including a website taking the place of Google site, e-mails, free SMS'es and twitter. It is a good start which may lead to a fresh neighbourhood watch.
