Trevor, I could send this to some of my clients in Obs. Most of them are absent landlords. But I have no idea where the erf in question is located. And all I can make out in terms of proposed project is a 67 storey building with some commercial element. Maybe it helps to add the info so people know where it is and what is proposed. Let me know and I send it to owners in the area.
