A resident has just been mugged whilst walking his 2 Staffies by the river by 2 black guys with knives. They took his cell.
When I tried to report it on the radio neither SAPS or Vetas Schola answered. It was apparently watch changeover time!!! However of course James Cowley was listening. The resident now has the problem of logging the incident way over in Woodstock. No wonder no cases were opened for the previous 2 armed robberies (with pistols). Of course we are told we should call 10111 but his phone had been stolen. I believe that the situation is highly unsatisfactory.
