This is about the seventh case in Observatory of which we know possibly many more as this emails are only seen but by a fraction of the 2.500 residents and many more occupants..
James you are right we must be more aware of our surroundings and somebody must be able to give some profile of this chap or better if somebody can take a photograph, after reading this.
