Subject: [obsnw] 3am traditional marchers

What is our best course of action to discourage (presumably CAPUT)
drunkards from launching into traditional songs and stamping on their
way up Bowden Road after closing time in the early hours of the
morning?

The window period of their anti-social behaviour is short; essentially
after turning into Bowden from Lower Main, heading for Anzio Road.
Would VS or SAPS be able to get to the scene quickly enough? Should a
VS van be asked to be in the vicinity on a Wed/Fri/Sat night?

Or should CAPUT, if they are indeed CAPUT students, be addressed and
told to find a solution?

it would be nice if these students could experience a night of
sobering up in the cells...disturbing a street of wage-earners at some
ungodly hour is not cool.
