Hi Reinmar, Here is the phone number for traffic violations -021 596 1999. They should be able to assist with vehicles parking on the side-walk. For Obs residents it is common sense to park on the one side of narrow roads only - however this is actually a traffic violation if your car is facing the wrong way.
