Sorry for my late reply. As from our control occurrence book our vehicle CD20 responded to the complained at 18h20 / 17 Robins road. The controller also alerted city council. I agree with James that we must be very vigilant as these copper thieves seems to move very fast. We are stopping suspicious people moving in our area with bags etc to check for tools possibly use for cutting copper pipes.
