Hi Liz A fellow resident on Robins Road, Bev, noticed a suspicious guy on the same day 15 Sep, as follows and in appreciation of her notification; Today I sent an email to the OBSID i.r.o. a v suspicious coloured guy who passed my place at least 6 times (grey, tight-fitting top with hoodie and blue denims, etc, etc). The last time I saw him go by I was in the street weeding a section of pavement garden in Robins when he looked very intently into my neighbour’s place (6 Robins). He didn’t see me watching him.
