unfortunately we did not get the dealer bravo 1 saw them enter James rd. so he monitored them he saw it took place but where to slow to get the dealer as well. We did not search the lady because we are not allowed to do so, so she gave it up willingly because she knew it was over and that she has been caught. I did manage to get a description of the dealer he is plus minus 1.6 meters tall ,black African guy goes by the name of James he was wearing a red jacket ,blue jeans white tekkies ,medium build he had a muchtash and a Afro hair style according to her he hangs out at the bar at 58 lower main rd.
