i heard a wheelie bin going up scott rd this morning, and because it's
not collection day i went outside, took a look. a non-resident was
carting it off. i called premier on my radio and they appeared smartly
and took it away from the man. the thief just walked on up to the main
rd, and the bin was loaded into the bakkie. it seemed odd that the
thief was allowed to go free and the police weren't called. i suppose
it would have been too difficult as the owners of the bin would have had
to be located and asked to lay a charge.?
