My mom who is a pensioner of 81 years old watched as a young guy wheeled away her bin towards the Salt River area and when she told him to bring it back he turned and said "don't worry I will bring it back later, just need it to take some things home in"!!!
Do I report this to the police and how do I get her another bin?
