Dear Chris Apology for my late reply. This sure is a matter of concern and needs to be taken up further with SAPS pronto., the time of your calls and name/s of the person you reported the matter to. SAPS must be kept to task re problems like this and should be addressed as a matter of complaint. Kindly forward a letter or statement for purposes of addressing it squarely with SAPS on Monday morning.
