Just to clarify: I am not a pc goodie-two-shoes number..........

Walking my dogs in Arnold St I came across bergie Yvonne passed out on the
corner of Arnold/Scott. - in the road. Went home and called VS - waited
10mins - nothing, walked home again and phoned again - they had sent the
vehicle to Oxford. (I speak quite clearly). They came, did ???? and left.
Eventually they came back and said the SAPS had said they will do nothing,
call the social worker. A VS gentleman (not the first one who came but
one who joined the driver) said just to throw cold water over her and leave
her there. (I estimate him to be in maybe 50's, light skin colour for a
coloured man) When I objected to his comments he maintained that he was
only joking............ No, I don't want drunk bergies in my road BUT they
are also human....... Yvonne had been rehabilitated for quite a few months
and now is off the rails again - is cold water and left in the road the
correct way? NO! Please VS, do something.........
