Hi Rosemary This angers me too. I stopped and asked if you needed help when I saw you and Yvonne as I was driving past. I phoned VS as soon as I was home - within 5 minutes of speaking to you. The control room seemed to have no idea as to what I was speaking about, even though I knew you had spoken to them, both telephonically and in person. Like you, I speak clearly, and gave them your location and explained that a woman was in need of assistance. (I don't consider myself the "do-gooder" you mention!) It is indeed unacceptable that you received no real assistance, even after another party placed a call.
