Trev the issue of sentencing and keeping prisoners behind bars is nothing to do with SAPS. Those jurisdictions belong to the Depts of Justice and Corrections.
Our cops are responsible for catching the bad guys and ensuring their convictions through proper presentation of evidence. And they deserve all the praise they get for getting these four good convictions. So yeah, you are being the party pooper here for moaning about stuff the SAPS can't control. And you can be sure it's demotivating for them to read this negativity.
