Maybe more people than we realise are living at the river. Took my dogs this afternoon and quite a few emerged from the reeds. A black guy with dreadlocks wearing a navy blue toweling dressing gown (posh hotel style) emerged from the reeds, seconds later a couple (black man and coloured woman) followed out. What concerned me most was a coloured boy, reasonably dressed, approx 12 yrs old - he also popped out of the reeds. I appreciate this is out of the Obsid zone but what to do now? There are definite paths through the rather dry reeds.
