A call was received from Howard of Green Elephant that a Lady was robbed and both suspects were caught by public members. OPS investigated and got all details of the lady and suspects. The two suspects identify themselves as Gareth 27 years old and Faiek 26 years both from Mitchell's Plain. Both were arrested as they used a big knife to cut the bag straps and grab it.
