>From the onset it was obvious to me those cyclops camera would be ineffective beyond being a slight visual deterrent. Maybe they should just be considered as a sunken loss. The positive thing about camera's that can identify car registrations is that the technology is proven and it's actively assisting security, rather than being passive and unreliable.
