*phone **021 447 1066 **24/7* *sms **072 063 1653 **24/7* *email **[email protected] **office hours* * * * * - For *emergencies *(when you feel your or someone else's life might be in danger), please always dial 10111. - For *Observatory public safety related queries and complaints*, please use [email protected] - your query will then be routed to the responsible party, be it relating to patrols or patrollers, noise complaints, etc. - For the *"Safe Home Service" (24/7)*, please sms or phone to arrange the patrol vehicle /patroller to escort or follow you home (or from your parking space to your home, should you feel unsafe at any point) - For *anti-social or suspicious behaviour*, please sms or phone and provide as much of a description as you can (what clothing the person is wearing, hair style, jewellery or tatoos, skin colour, location moving towards, etc.) - For *past crime* please always let both OPS (sms or phone) know, as well as SAPS (regardless of the rand value of the loss or insurance claims) - all information assist OPS and SAPS to combat crime We welcome Orbis security solutions as our new service provider! Obsid and the public will continue referring to our service provider as OPS (being a service funded by rate-payers and supplied by Obsid). We ask that during the following month you please be patient as we hand over to our new provider and they learn the locations and the ropes.
