A wheelie bin was forgotten to be taken inside by a Main Road company a
month and a half ago, the next day the bin could not be found.
Neighbouring companies were checked out on the following collection day
but still no luck. A week later, as I drove past the premises but I
unfortunately could delay our errand, it was spotted amongst other
companies bins, but later the day the other companies were checked again,
but no bin.

Yesterday my wife noticed a bin loaded with corrugated iron pieces being
pushed from Lytton into Scott and along Donne. She noted the bin had large
pieces of white vinyl stuck all over sides of the bin. I went and checked
out the bin and found the street name and number covered up, and noted
the bin belonging to the Main Road company.
The perp said he found the bin standing in Lytton Street near Scott Road.
I did not quite believe the guy known as Donnevan, a casual makeshift
handyman having just finished a roofing job along Lytton. He wanted to
score a bit of extra bucks in selling the scrap iron down in Durham Avenue
in Salt River. The bin was returned to the shop owner. Donnevan was given
a stern talk to and warning by both OPS and I before letting him go.
