And 12 Merrick Street! At about 3.30 on Monday, ADT contacted me to inform me that my neighbour had reported my reasonably well-concealed tap stolen, with water gushing everywhere. By the time I arrived home, the ADT guys had had the foresight to shut the water off at the meter. The delightful thief had also defecated in my garden, and ADT offered to clean that up. ADT also reported the incident to the police, who have still not made any contact. R750 for a new (utterly awful looking) plastic tap and pipe - ka-ching! Many thanks to the wonderful ADT guys.
