There are two street lights in Bellstart Lane that have been disconnected. It has made the area along the side of our house and back garden very dark. I've spoken to the Obs CID guys, and they say the lights are being repaired, but it's been several weeks now and I've not seen anyone here to repair it. I think they were disconnected around the same time the YMCA chopped down a lot of trees along Bellstart on their property. Does anyone have any idea as to why they've been disconnected, and when they will be reconnected?
